- Menu preparation, ingredient sourcing, pricing, and food handling practices are determined by the respective kitchen.
- Kitchen @ The Kourtyard acts as a property operator and venue host.
Accordingly, Kitchen @ The Kourtyard is not responsible for:
- Ingredient substitutions
- Food preparation methods
- Allergen cross-contact
- Service quality provided by individual kitchens
Direct any complaints about a specific dish or vendor directly to that kitchen.

The Website is intended for informational purposes only.
While we aim to keep information accurate, we do not warrant that:
- Menu items will always be available
- Prices are current at all times
- Event details will not change
- Photographs reflect exact portion size or presentation
We reserve the right to change menus, pricing, promotions, hours, and participating kitchens without prior notice.
We reserve the right to correct errors at any time, including after publication.

- Require deposits or additional agreements
Separate written contracts may govern private events.
- Photography & Likeness Release
Kitchen @ The Kourtyard may photograph or record activities on the premises for marketing and promotional purposes.
By entering the Property, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use your image, likeness, or voice in photographs or recordings unless you notify management in writing prior to recording.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Website, including but not limited to:
- Logos
- Branding elements
- Images
- Text
- Blog articles
- Graphics
- Layout design
is owned by or licensed to Kitchen @ The Kourtyard.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
- User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Disrupt operations of the Website or Property
- Engage in unlawful behavior
- Harass staff or guests
- Submit false employment information
- Attempt to bypass security measures

If liability is established, total recovery shall not exceed the amount paid directly to Kitchen @ The Kourtyard in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kitchen @ The Kourtyard, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliated kitchens from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

- Your conduct on the Property
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your food or alcohol consumption

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, mentioning:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Government restrictions
- Public health emergencies
- Supply chain disruptions
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
